On February 28, 2008, Pakistan Telecom started announcing a prefix 208.65.153.0/24. This prefix is larger than 208.65.152.0/22 usually announced by YouTube. The BGP routers in the internet that received the /24 prefix preferred it over the /22 announcement and started using it.
